Reclamation and Retention

This program represents a coordinated initiative at the international, district, and local levels to retain active members and reintegrate inactive brothers into full participatory status within Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. The initiative focuses on re-engaging brothers who have become inactive, particularly those facing financial challenges, and assisting them in regaining good financial standing within the fraternity. Simultaneously, it seeks to reinforce the value of active membership, encouraging continued engagement and commitment among current members
